Join Robyn, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and lifelong lover of gardening, craft and playful movement, for a relaxed session built around connection, creativity and keeping our bodies doing the things we enjoy.
No experience needed. No pressure to be good at anything. Just come in, have a cuppa and see what we get up to.
Registering for a parent or family member? That's absolutely fine, just pop their details in below and we'll take it from there.
I’m interested in coming alongThese sessions are about getting out of the house, spending time with others and doing simple things that help us feel more like ourselves.
Some days might involve gardening. Others might involve craft, gentle movement, games, making something, learning something new or simply sitting down with a cuppa and having a good chat.
“It should feel more like a good morning out, with movement quietly woven in.”
You do not have to join every activity or arrive knowing anyone. Come along in whatever way feels comfortable.
Gentle movement, balance and everyday ways to keep your body doing more of the things you enjoy.
Gardening, craft, creative projects and plenty of opportunities to use your hands and try something new.
Have a cuppa, chat, laugh and spend time with people without needing to make awkward small talk for two hours.
There is no rigid timetable. Each session can change as we learn what the people coming through our doors actually enjoy.
Grab a cuppa, meet Robyn and see what is happening that morning.
We might pot plants, make something, try gentle movement, play a game or work on a project together.
Join in, sit and chat, take a break or simply enjoy being somewhere welcoming.
I’m an Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Play Move Improve. I have spent years helping people use movement, play and everyday activities to feel more confident in their bodies and more connected to the people around them.
I also genuinely love gardening, craft, getting my hands dirty, making things and finding slightly unusual projects to try.
Let us know you're interested and we'll keep you updated about Never Too Old to Play at our Chirnside Park studio, including when Saturday sessions open up.
We’re starting small, listening closely and learning what our community would love to see here.
